The location is near public transport options. I found the proximity to the metro convenient.
The room smelled strongly of stale smoke. This was despite requesting a non-smoking room and it impacted the quality of my stay negatively.

The room included a king bed, very comfortable. check-in was smooth, and the front desk offered a choice of bonus points or a free drink. I chose the drink. it was a nice touch!!!
The lifts were slow during peak times. I waited a few minutes on one occasion.

totally awesome stay!
helpful staff bigger room convenient parking
The super nice team. They upgraded me to a bigger room, and i got a dog blanket. and dog bowls! i felt so special and they were very attentive to our needs. the parking was easy too. Two parking lots mean there's usually space for everyone.
the corridors were kind of dark to get to the one-bed room non-smoking.

it is only a short walk to the dinegro metro station! this made getting around the area simple. also, there is a coop supermarket in the nearby terminal shopping center. it is very handy for getting groceries.

The room was spacious and clean. I found this very important. the hotel's nearness to both the train station and cruise port helped me a lot. the breakfast included a diverse selection, a nice touch.
I found the location undesirable, there were many people around. the parking area was up some steps. Navigating it with luggage was difficult. the air conditioning in my room did not work well.
